3 EASY FRUIT SMOOTHIE RECIPES: BERRY, BANANA AND KIWI-APPLE-MELON!

Smoothies are an amazing snack, addition to a small meal or they can even be a meal on their own. If you put the right things into your smoothies they can be packed full of nutrition including protein, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Not only does everyone have different tastebuds but also most people enjoy variety so it's important to have options that's why I have written down the recipes to my three favourite smoothies and am sharing them with you all.
BERRY SMOOTHIE
If you like sour tastes then this is definitely one for you as both of the berries used in this smoothie are extra tangy!

Ingredients:
8 Fresh Strawberries
3/4 cup Frozen Raspberries
(or frozen mixed berries)
1 tub Chobani Greek Yoghurt
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

You can add any berries you like; if you enjoy darker berries such as blackberries or sweeter berries such as blueberries then feel free to use them. Also switch out the measurements to your taste because this is just what I add to get my smoothies to taste the way I like and everyone is different.

BANANA SMOOTHIE
Now this is a smoothie that is perfect for someone with a sweet tooth. This is like the perfect dessert or if you have it for breakfast it tastes like you're eating dessert for breakfast! Banana is one of those amazing naturally sweet fruits so it's like a quilt free sugar fix.

Ingredients:
1 Large, Ripened Banana
2 tablespoons LSA Meal
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 tub Chobani Greek Yoghurt

I like my banana smoothies to be thicker than any other smoothies so that's why I add LSA meal. It's a mixture of linseed's, sunflower seeds and almonds crushed up into a fine power that adds protein to anything you sprinkle it on.

KIWI, APPLE AND MELON SMOOTHIE
Kiwi Fruit
Green Apple
Honeydew Melon
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
5 Ice Cubes

I don't add greek yoghurt to this smoothie because I think it makes the flavour too heavy. It's supposed to be a much lighter and more refreshing smoothie compared to the others so add some ice cubes instead and maybe some almond milk as well.
So those are my three favourite fruit smoothie recipes! They are super easy to make and require few ingredients not to mention how quick it is to chuck all the ingredients in the blender then pour into a glass so it's great if you lead a busy lifestyle.
