Guacamole makes the perfect healthy snack because not only is it super delicious and satisfies any savoury cravings but also because it's packed with vitamins, minerals and overall nutrients. Here's my recipe!
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1/2 Tomato
1/4 Red Onion
1 Shallot
1 Garlic Clove
Lemon Wedge
Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
Ground White Pepper
Mexican Chilli
Ground Black Pepper
Method:
1 Avocado

Method:
Step #1- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor.
Step #2- Pulse until smooth, 30-40 seconds.
Step #3- Serve with celery sticks or corn chips.
Tips:
* You can add some herbs you may like such as oregano or parsley.
* To make the mixture more chunky like a chutney, pulse less.
