If you're craving: Salty or Oily Foods
You're lacking: Chloride
Try eating: Goats Milk, Seaweed, Fish or Kale Chips


If you're craving: Carbonated Drinks
You're lacking: Calcium
Try eating: Broccoli, Kale, Cheese, Sesame, Lentils
If you're craving: Breads or Carbohydrates
You're lacking: Nitrogen
Try eating: High Protein Foods such as nuts and beans
 
If you're craving: Sugary Foods and Sweets
You're lacking: Sulfar, Chromium and Carbon Phosphorus
Try eating: Broccoli, Grapes, Cheese, Cranberries, Sweet Potato, Spinach, Dairy and Nuts.
 
If you're craving: Coffee
You're lacking: Iron, Phosphorus and Sulfar
Try eating: Dairy, Legumes, Black Cherries, Greens, Seaweed and Apple Cider Vinegar.
If you're craving: Alcohol
You're lacking: Protein, Avenin, Clacium, Gluatamine, Potassium
Try eating: Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Nuts, Potatoes, Bitter Greens and Cabbage
 
If you're craving: Smoking
You're lacking: Tyrosine and Silicon
Try eating: Nuts, Seeds and Vegetables
