Ingredients
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter
2 Bananas 4 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Soy Milk
Vanilla Essence
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Beat together the bananas, all purpose flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and soy milk then beat until creamed together.
- Stir in the rolled oats and vanilla essence to the mixture.
- Spoon scoops of mixture onto a lined baking tray.
- Put into oven to bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
