The idea for this book came from my personal struggles in the past where I was addicted to junk food and constantly succumbing to any foods that tempted me. I have gotten to the point where I don't WANT McDonald's and I don't NEED chocolate-I am in control of my food and cravings. I sat down and starting thinking about how I achieved this, and these are the ten biggest tips I think helped me get to the point I am at now where I can control myself (believe it or not, I wasn't even tempted to eat the cupcake you see me holding on the cover of the book).
